This reviewer loved it!

I enjoyed this novel. The story was different from any other I’ve read. Trisha Wilson brought these characters to life. The reader can relate, at least on some level, with the situations or trials. I absolutely love the fact she added God in this book. Now days it seems too many authors are afraid of stepping on toes and totally eliminate anything that could be labeled as religious, Christian, etc. I look forward to reading more of Trisha’s work!   –  Loves All Things Books

This time she wants to get it right, to devote herself to being a mother. But the country does not offer the ‘good life ’idyll she pictured. The landscape she looks out on is under threat, new friends have hidden agendas, two very different men pull her in opposing directions.

And in the face of temptation old habits die hard. She is torn between the suitable man and the unsuitable boy.

Spotlight Book! “SpaceHive” by Kenna McKinnon

SpaceHive is a clever, imaginative book that reminds me of early books by Robert A. Heinlein, who started out writing for the Boy Scouts. The characters are well defined and likeable, and the plot is wonderfully crafted. I fell in love with the sympathetic worker bees and Jason in his plight to save Earth. The book has an important message to impart about Things On Earth. I highly recommend this young adult novel — a good read, interesting premise and satisfying outcome! Just Judi

Spotlight Book! “Intrusive Memory” by Leonardo Noto

I read the book before I read the author’s own description so I didnt know how it was supposed to end. It doesnt end, really,as it is just the beginning. I was rooting for him all the way through, like I wanted to be there to make everything all right. You can almost feel his pain and struggle as he fights within himself to overcome his internal fear and anxiety. If you’ve struggled with ptsd,or even some other psychological problem, you can identify with this author. I wish I had read something like this 30 years ago. I might not have given up the battle.

Intrusive Memory is the true story of how I overcame a severely disabling case of PTSD to realize my dream of becoming a physician. This book is not for the faint-of-hearted. It begins in a coldly sterile mental hospital, where I spent much of my childhood after being removed from my home by Child Protective Services, and then whirls the reader through a grand cascade of pathological environments, including a violent military school and a Mississippi jail cell. This is the story of how I fought against the odds and against my inner demons to claw my way through college and into medical school, where I graduated in the top of my class!
